Ordering and Availability

1. Product Availability

West End Sports Cards strives to maintain accurate stock availability. However, all products are subject to availability and may sell out quickly.

  • Availability status is displayed on each product listing.

  • Limited edition and rare trading cards may have restricted quantities.

  • If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified promptly.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days following payment confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

  • Once processed, customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

3. Ordering Limitations

  • One account per customer: Multiple accounts used to bypass purchase limits may result in cancellation.

  • Bulk purchases: Large quantity orders may require verification and approval.

  • Pre-orders: Some items may be available for pre-order with estimated shipping timelines provided in advance.

4. Payment & Order Confirmation

  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

  • If payment fails, the order may not be processed, and customers will be notified.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Customers may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

  • After processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • If you discover an error in your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

6. Backorders & Restocking

  • If a product is marked as "Out of Stock," customers may sign up for restock notifications.

  • Backordered items may include an estimated restocking period on the listing.
